*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. Work daily from 10am to 6 pm daily , Monday to Friday. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and be committed to creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children. *Duties* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. * Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. * Educate children through play-based learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. * Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. * Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices. * Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs of children, including those with disabilities. * Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments. *Experience* * A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy classroom environment. * Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks and educational purposes. * Familiarity with bilingual education, particularly in English and French, is a plus. * A commitment to continuous professional development in early childhood education practices. * Must be able to work till 6pm daily, flexible to cover various shifts if needed for sick time, vacation etc. Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners by providing them with the tools they need for lifelong success! \*\*Benefits after 3 months\*\* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.66 per hour Language: * English and Italian (preferred) Work Location: In person
