You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.</li><li>Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).</li><li>Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.</li><li>Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.</li><li>Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Are you the right fit? </strong></p><p>We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity.
