We?re currently seeking a motivated and reliable *Shipper/Receiver* to join our dynamic Facilities Team. *Position Overview:* This *full-time, permanent* role is a vital part of our plant operations. The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of goods by loading and unloading trailers, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are properly stored and distributed. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Load and unload trailers or containers safely and efficiently * Pick and assemble orders accurately * Deliver raw materials to production as needed * Move finished goods to cold storage areas * Strap and wrap pallets for secure shipment * Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management practices * Perform general production support tasks * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area *Qualifications:* * Valid Forklift (FLT) and Power Jack licenses * Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs * Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious * Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehousing is an asset *Working Conditions:* * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends * Comfortable working in refrigerated environments for short durations * Part-time, permanent schedule with potential to increase hours as needed * Shift start times may vary, beginning as early as 6:30 AM *Physical & Sensory Requirements:* * Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods * Must be able to read health and safety signage and hear equipment signals (e.g., vehicle horns) * Requires problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment *Why Join Us?* At Global Citrus Group, we offer a collaborative workplace where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
