The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive or tire service experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* * Mount, balance, rotate, and install tires for passenger and light truck vehicles * Perform flat tire repairs and assess tire damage for repairability * Inspect tires and wheels for defects, wear, and warranty-related issues * Check and adjust tire pressures according to manufacturer specifications * Re-torque wheels as required * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively * Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires when required *Additional Duties* * Cross-train in other roles within 1010TIRES.COM to support growth and development * Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members when needed * Support general shop and operational tasks as required *Qualifications* * Minimum 1 year of experience in tire and wheel installation (required) * Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform tire-related tasks efficiently * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent in English (spoken and written) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks *What We Offer* * Hands-on training and skill development * Opportunities for advancement and cross-training * Supportive team environment * Stable full-time work with growth potential Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person
