This role requires effective communication skills to assess clients' needs and ensure their comfort throughout the session. *Duties* * Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss treatment plans based on their preferences and medical history. * Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. * Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and medical terminology to enhance service quality and client satisfaction. * Document client sessions accurately, including treatment details and any relevant observations for future reference. *Requirements* * Valid state license or certification in massage therapy. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to better understand clients? health conditions. * Ability to create personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
