Santé Group HealthCare is seeking an experienced RMT to work with an existing and growing patient base. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who puts the patient?s best interests first while maintaining a high level of professionalism. ABOUT THE ROLE * Conduct health histories and consult with other health care professionals to develop individualized treatment plans * Explain treatment plans and expected outcomes * Design, administer and adjust massage techniques based on patients? clinical presentation and response * Maintain detailed, confidential, up-to-date patient records * Track progress and modify treatment plans as required * Ensure record-keeping meets regulatory and professional standards set by CMTO ABOUT YOU * 2+ years of experience working as an RMT for an established practice * Fluency in English (written and spoken) * Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario - current and valid registration, in good standing. * Friendly, dynamic individual must enjoy working as a part of an integrated multidisciplinary team * Professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Exceptional customer service and confidence in business development ABOUT US Santé Group HealthCare is a multidisciplinary clinic, providing customized, integrated healthcare solutions in an upscale, professional environment.
