*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas. * Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks. * Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings such as offices, schools, or healthcare facilities. * Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials when required during cleaning operations. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns. * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and maintaining a positive attitude. * Must have a valid driver?s license and be able to operate a vehicle confidently, as the role requires traveling to multiple work locations. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the workplace.
