Known for its strong reputation, customer-first approach, and commitment to quality, the company is looking to add an experienced </span><b><span>Inside Sales Representative / Estimator</span></b><span> to its growing team in Bolton, Ontario.</span><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, supporting outside sales, preparing estimates, and becoming a trusted product expert while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.</span><br/></p><h2><span>What You'll Be Doing</span><br/></h2><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will play an integral role in supporting customers and the sales team by:</span><br/></p><h3><span>Customer Service & Sales Support</span><br/></h3><ul><li><span>Provide outstanding service to new and existing customers by responding to inquiries regarding pricing, quotations, product availability, deliveries, retail locations, and product features.</span><br/></li><li><span>Prepare accurate quotes and estimates based on customer requirements.</span><br/></li><li><span>Build and maintain strong relationships by providing timely communication and exceptional service throughout the sales process.</span><br/></li><li><span>Assist customers with product recommendations, installation guidance, and technical support.</span><br/></li><li><span>Source non-standard products when required and ensure accurate pricing and purchasing information.</span><br/></li><li><span>Resolve customer inquiries from initial contact through to successful completion.</span><br/></li><li><span>Stay current on new products and product enhancements.</span><br/></li><li><span>Act as a key resource for the Outside Sales team by providing product knowledge and sales support.</span><br/></li></ul><h3><span>Order Management</span><br/></h3><ul><li><span>Process customer orders while monitoring inventory availability.</span><br/></li><li><span>Enter purchase orders and pricing into SAP and coordinate with Procurement.</span><br/></li><li><span>Maintain accurate customer, order, and shipment records.</span><br/></li><li><span>Follow up on quotations and participate in proactive business development activities, including outbound prospecting and customer follow-up.</span><br/></li><li><span>Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.</span><br/></li></ul><div><br/></div></span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements</h3><li><span>3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, or a similar customer-facing role.</span><br/></li><li><span>Experience within the fencing, building materials, construction products, or related industry is considered a strong asset.</span><br/></li><li><span>Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline is an asset.</span><br/></li><li><span>Ability to read and interpret product drawings or blueprints is preferred.</span><br/></li><li><span>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</span><br/></li><li><span>Experience working with SAP or another ERP system is an asset.</span><br/></li><li><span>Strong mathematical and analytical skills.</span><br/></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span><br/></li><li><span- Location Bolton, ON
