Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Maintain and order supplies. Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
