We pride ourselves on creating a team-oriented environment where customer satisfaction and employee growth are top priorities. *Position Overview* As an *Automotive Service Technician* at Mr. Lube + Tires, you will be responsible for performing a variety of preventative maintenance services, tire-related work, and minor repairs on customer vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services. * Conduct tire inspections, repairs, rotations, balancing, and installations. * Diagnose and report vehicle issues to customers in a clear, professional manner. * Communicate effectively with customers, explaining recommended services and answering questions. * Operate equipment and tools safely while following all workplace safety guidelines. * Maintain accurate service records and documentation. * Assist with inventory control, shop cleanliness, and general upkeep. * Stay up to date with industry standards, tools, and technologies. *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent (automotive training or certification is an asset). * Previous experience in automotive service, tire installation, or mechanical repair preferred. * *Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written).* * *Excellent customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.* * Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching. *What We Offer* * Competitive wages with performance-based incentives. * Comprehensive training and opportunities for certification. * Employee discounts on services and products. * A supportive, team-focused work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within Mr. Lube + Tires.
