Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Noisy. Dusty. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Perform pre-operational inspection. Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages. Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units. Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects . Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces. Track and complete work orders. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
