<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Job Title:</strong></b> Administrative Assistant - Compliance & Quality<br /><b><strong>Work Location:</strong></b> North York<br /><b><strong>Salary:</strong></b> $45,000 per year (with performance-based bonus up to $55,000)</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Proposed Job Duties:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities related to compliance processes, including post-sale verification, customer follow-ups, and documentation tracking</li><li>Assist in monitoring sales quality and compliance by reviewing transactions and identifying discrepancies</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, chargebacks, and compliance metrics</li><li>Support internal audits by collecting and verifying data and ensuring documentation accuracy</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to support adherence to company policies and client requirements</li><li>Assist in organizing compliance-related training sessions and internal meetings</li><li>Maintain organized records of operational and compliance documentation</li><li>Provide administrative support to improve workflow efficiency and daily operations</li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries related to compliance processes</li><li>Assist in tracking and reporting operational impacts, including chargebacks</li><li>Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company policies</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Compensation:</p><ul><li> $45,000 per year (with performance-based bonus up to $55,000)</li></ul><p><br /></p></div>Company Description<div>Connect6 Group is an expanding marketing agency that works with some of Canada's most well known brands: Air Miles, Longo's, Cogeco, Hyundai and Canadian Tire.
