We pride ourselves on providing top-tier grooming services in a sleek and welcoming environment. We?re looking for a motivated and personable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Responsibilities: * Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression. * Manage the booking system, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins. * Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. * Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately. * Assist with retail product sales and restocking. * Collaborate with barbers to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role (barbershop or salon experience is a plus). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Friendly and approachable demeanor. * Basic knowledge of haircare products and services is an asset but not required. * Proficient with booking systems or willingness to learn. * Strong sales skills will the ability to grow What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wage. * A professional, fun, and supportive work environment. * Discounts on products and services.
