*Social Media Manager* WebMarketers is a digital marketing agency helping small and medium-sized businesses across Canada grow through strategic marketing, website development, video production, and AI-powered solutions. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to run day-to-day organic social media for our clients ? planning content, posting, and growing engaged audiences across their accounts. Based in Ottawa's Westboro neighbourhood, we're a team of about 35 professionals who care about doing great work for the businesses we serve. *About the Role* You'll manage organic social media for a portfolio of client accounts ? planning content, posting, boosting top-performing posts, and tracking performance across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each client has a different brand voice and audience, so you'll need to switch gears easily and keep every account on-brand and on-strategy. You'll also spend a smaller portion of your time on our own brands, WebMarketers and Phantom (our in-house video and animation studio), keeping their social presence active and consistent. Success in this role means dependable execution, sharp content instincts, and the ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball on any of them. *Job Description* We are looking for a driven and organized Social Media Manager to join the WebMarketers team and manage organic social media for our client portfolio, with a smaller share of time spent on our own brands, WebMarketers and Phantom. This role goes beyond scheduling posts and reporting on likes. You'll live in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, planning content and adapting strategy across many accounts with different voices and goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator, strategist, and account juggler. They enjoy variety, stay organized under a full plate of accounts, and know how to turn a content calendar into real engagement. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you. *Qualified individuals should possess the following skills:* * Experience with day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok for multiple clients/brands * Experience creating and executing content strategies across several accounts at once * Content planning, content writing, and post scheduling across multiple social calendars * Planning and implementation of organic social media strategies tailored to each account's audience * Comfortable boosting posts and understanding basic paid performance * Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms & analytics tools * Experience with Canva and Buffer * Strong written communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work effectively independently and in a team to produce results * Comfortable managing a full roster of accounts and switching context often *Nice to have skills:* * Meta Ads Manager / paid social platform experience an asset * Experience with Figma or similar social media design tools is an asset * Experience managing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, etc. * Experience with Google Analytics or other 3rd party reporting tools * Basic video editing for social reels *Job Perks:* * Comprehensive benefits * Paid Time off * Free coffee & drinks * Structured internal development programs & mentorship * Flexibility to work from remote part-time If the above describes your skills and experience, please apply and provide us with a cover letter and resume highlighting your past relevant experience.
