*Job Overview* Premier Landscaping is seeking an experienced, reliable and hardworking *Landscaper* to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance residential and commercial landscapes by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to providing excellent service to our clients. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and clean-up. * Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. * Assist with seasonal landscape services, including mulch installation, planting, and property enhancements. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. * Support the Crew Supervisor with daily site operations and assigned tasks. * Provide professional and courteous service while working on client properties. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite. * Report equipment issues, hazards, or property concerns to the Crew Supervisor. *Qualifications & Experience* * *1?2 years* of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience *required*. * Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control. * Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other power tools. * Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. * Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset. *What We Offer:* * Landscaping training * Supportive work culture * Company events and team-building activities * Company-provided uniforms * Great team culture! * Ongoing education and training opportunities * Team members may be eligible for educational support towards programs such as: Residential Landscape Technician (RLT), Landscape Horticulturist Red Seal Program, Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) Horticulture Program Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Extended health care Experience: * Landscaping: 1 year (required) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Surrey, BC
