<p><strong>RQ11169 - Sr. DevOPS/Cloud Engineer</strong></p> <p><strong>11-month contract (220 business days) - possible extension</strong></p> <p><strong>ONSITE 5 days - 222 Jarvis St</strong></p> <p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>10+ years of experience in software development</strong> and delivery track record in a range of technical roles</li><li>Ideally 5 yrs of experience in AWS cloud using <strong>AWS Services</strong> and tools, including<strong> Lambda, AWS Connect, API Gateway, Amazon Lex, AWS CLI, Kinesis, S3,KMS,Glue, DynamoDB, RDS, Amplify,</strong> and other core AWS services.</li><li>Creation, management, and maintenance o<strong>f AWS & related cloud-</strong>based production system.</li><li>Deployment and automation of packages for cloud-based system</li><li>Experience in design, development and implementation of an <strong>Amazon </strong><strong>Connect </strong>cloud-based contact center solution. Services including, but not limited to: Call and Queue Flows, Agent Experience, Call Recording, Metrics, Contact Lens, CTR Data analysis</li><li>Knowledge of IVR and Workflow.</li><li><strong>Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Node, etc.</strong></li><li>Integration experience in building and using <strong>APIs</strong></li><li>5+ years of experience working with implementing Contact center solutions</li><li><strong>Amazon AI agents exp.</strong></li></ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Prior Public sector experience or OPS exp.</li></ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br/></p> <ul><li>Design, build and support cloud environments to create digital products</li><li>Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available</li><li>Create, test and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access</li></ul> <p>General Skills:<br/></p> <ul><li>Experience in one of the leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, etc</li><li>Experience in maintaining complex Linux cloud environments, like CentOS, Ubuntu, or CoreOS, to support modern web technologies: LAMP, MEAN, Drupal and Elasticsearch</li><li>Experience setting up development environments and mechanism using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven and Jenkins or similar tools</li><li>Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Node, etc.</li><li>Experience in build tools like Git, Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc. for continuous integration</li><li>Knowledge of container-based virtualization technology like Docker</li><li>Integration experience in building and using APIs</li><li>Experience applying industry web, architectural and security standards and best practices</li><li>Experience in mobile device management for various versions of cellular and tablets<strong><br/></strong></li></ul> <p><strong>AI Disclaimer: Source Code may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in certain aspects of its recruiting and business operations.</strong></p> <p><strong>Note: The higher end of the range is intended for absolutely exceptional candidates who meet all must-have requirements and most or all nice-to-have qualifications.
