In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.</p><p><b><strong>Skills Required:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and thorough</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with spreadsheets and emails</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible and able to multitask with shifting priorities</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs daily</li></ul><p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders, directing them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Pack, seal, and label packages for shipping.</li><li>Prepare bills of lading for domestic and international shipments.</li><li>Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to order necessary supplies.</li><li>Manage and support the fulfillment department with e-stores, split shipments, and other end-of-production processes.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient storage, movement, and production of goods.</li><li>Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling shipments.</li><li>Troubleshoot and communicate with clients about stock or logistics issues.</li><li>Maintain tidy, organized, and clearly labeled workspaces and systems in multiple parts of the building.</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></b></p><p>At Groupe Regimbal/Colortex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
