*Job Overview:* We are seeking dedicated and versatile individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. Heavy lifting WILL be required. *Responsibilities:* * Loading and unloading heavy items. *\*Extremely Important\** * Assist in the receiving, sorting, and organizing of incoming shipments. * Ensure accurate documentation of received goods and report discrepancies. * Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail. * Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labelling and documentation. * Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels. * Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficient storage. * Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. * Report any quality issues or anomalies to supervisors. * Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. * Adhere to safety protocols and conduct routine equipment checks. * Work collaboratively with other Warehouse Associates to achieve daily operational goals. * Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workload and any challenges faced. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus. * Ability to lift and move heavy items. Need to be able to lift an average of 35kg consistently. * Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment safely (Training provided) * Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and shipping/receiving procedures Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
