We excel at providing a customized, pro-active solution-orientated approach for all our clients. *ROLE OVERVIEW* We are seeking a versatile, proactive Executive/Administrative Assistant to support business operations, client communications, and marketing execution. In this role, you will serve as the primary client point of contact, handle high-level administrative tasks in a flexible, hybrid/virtual work environment in the Pacific time zone. * *Administrative & Executive Support:* Manage calendars, schedule virtual/in-person meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, track project management tools, and assist leadership with daily administrative tasks. * *Client Experience & Event Support:* Oversee client intake, manage communications, handle program enrollment/onboarding and provide logistics support for in-person and online events. * *Marketing & Social Media:* Schedule content, monitor engagement across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and maintain client databases. *QUALIFICATIONS* * *Experience:* 3+ years in an Administrative, Executive Assistant or Operations Manager role. * *Tech Savvy:* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). * *Communication: *Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. * *Tools & Platforms:* Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Mailchimp, Canva, project management software, and business social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook). * *Education:* Degree or Diploma in Communications, Business, Office Administration, Journalism, preferred. *TRAITS* * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. * Service-oriented, diplomatic, and comfortable representing the brand at public events. *RECRUITMENT PROCESS* An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions. Long-term engagement. * $25 - $30/hour @ 20 - 30 hours/week. * Head office is located in Kamloops, BC. * 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday PST (Pacific Standard Time).
