If you thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the food industry. *Duties* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food delivery * Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence * Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards * Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling * Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation standards * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote outstanding customer service experiences * Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability * Implement training programs on food industry best practices, hospitality standards, and leadership skills *Requirements* * Proven supervising experience in restaurant management or similar food service roles * Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required * Demonstrated team management abilities including interviewing, training, and performance coaching * Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Experience with restaurant management software and hospitality tools; hotel or barista experience is a plus * Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment * Strong organizational skills to oversee restaurant operations efficiently Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
