<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Field Service Technician</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>CR Concrete Lifting</strong></strong><br /><strong><strong>Sherwood Park, AB</strong></strong><br /><strong><strong>$30.00 to $35.00 per hour</strong></strong><br /><strong><strong>Full-Time Seasonal | August through Mid-November</strong></strong></p><p> </p><p>Looking for more than another construction job?</p><p> </p><p>CR Concrete Lifting is growing, and we're looking for an experienced professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p> </p><p>We specialize in polyurethane concrete lifting and stabilization, helping homeowners and businesses restore concrete without the cost of replacement.</p><p> </p><p>Previous concrete lifting experience is not required.</p><p> </p><p>We'll teach you our specialized trade.</p><p> </p><p>What we're looking for is someone who already knows how to lead a crew, communicate with customers, troubleshoot problems, and take pride in producing quality work.</p><p> </p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Complete residential and commercial concrete lifting projects.</li><li>Lead or support a two to three-person field team.</li><li>Diagnose site conditions and develop practical solutions.</li><li>Work directly with homeowners and commercial customers.</li><li>Operate company trucks and specialized equipment.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized vehicles, trailers, and tools.</li><li>Ensure projects meet our quality and safety standards.</li><li>Help improve our systems, processes, and customer experience.</li></ul><p> </p><p>We're Looking For Someone With</p><ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience leading or coordinating a crew.</li><li>2 to 5 years of customer-facing experience.</li><li>2 to 5 years of troubleshooting, repairing, building, installing, or maintaining equipment, structures, or systems.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>A reputation for reliability, accountability, and professionalism.</li><li>A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.</li><li>The ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.</li></ul><p> </p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>$30.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.</li><li>Performance bonus opportunities.</li><li>Paid training in a specialized trade.</li><li>Leadership development and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Modern trucks and specialized equipment.</li><li>A supportive, high-performing team.</li><li>Opportunity to return each season from mid-April through mid-November.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Why CR Concrete Lifting?</p><p> </p><p>We're a locally owned company serving Edmonton and the surrounding area.
