*Overview* We are seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting a positive and motivating environment. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being through expertly guided sessions. Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable to connect with a diverse clientele. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for fitness and wellness while fostering a supportive community. *Responsibilities* * Lead Reformer Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants * Design and adapt class routines to accommodate different skill levels and individual needs * Provide clear, detailed instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients understand exercises * Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that motivates clients to stay committed to their fitness journey * Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after classes to address questions or concerns * Uphold cleanliness and organization of equipment and studio space at all times * Track client progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their experience *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Pilates instructor, specifically with reformer equipment * Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients * Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are a plus * Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Effective time management skills to run classes smoothly and on schedule * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive class environment * Relevant certifications in Pilates instruction; additional certifications in fitness or wellness are advantageous Join us as a Reformer Pilates Instructor and become part of a vibrant community dedicated to health, wellness, and personal growth.
