We are looking for a motivated and reliable general labourer to join our dynamic team. No experience necessary as we are willing to train. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, renovations, insulation and/or other general trades. This role may involve working in residential and/or commercial buildings, installing various types of insulation materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. ________________________________________Key Responsibilities - Support our trades staff in various trades including general construction, renovation, insulation etc. - Operate equipment and hand tools safely and effectively- Maintain a clean and safe job site- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures________________________________________Qualifications Previous experience in trades, general labourer or renovations is an asset but not required (training available) MUST BE reliable, and have a solid work ethic Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Willingness to work in varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive wages ($18/hour) based on experience.
