*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative services across diverse patient populations. Experience in hospital settings, acute care, pediatrics, and patient care is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans * Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring movement and reducing pain * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly * Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance * Document patient care activities accurately in medical records * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care * Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in compliance with healthcare standards * Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and medical advancements *Qualifications* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution * Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region * Prior experience in hospital settings, especially in acute care or pediatrics, is preferred * Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures * Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team * Good communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages * Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Work Location: In person- Location Cambridge, ON
