*Front Desk Agent ? Days Inn Chetwynd* Days Inn Chetwynd is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and deliver an exceptional check-in experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet and check in/check out guests in a professional and welcoming manner * Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel property management system * Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, handle laundry and breakfast area. * Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and balance cash floats * Communicate effectively with housekeeping teams regarding room status and guest needs, check guest rooms. * Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services * Complete night audit procedures as required * Follow all hotel policies, security procedures, and brand standards * Other duties as assigned *Requirements* * Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred; training provided * Proficiency with computers and ability to learn property management software * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada *Availability* This position is available as full-time depending on the hotel needs. Shifts are scheduled across all 7 days of the week (Monday?Sunday), including mornings, evenings, nights ,weekends, and holidays, on a rotating basis based on hotel occupancy. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, as scheduling needs will vary week to week and will be communicated in advance via the schedule. *Job Type:* Part-time / Full-time *Pay:* $18.25?$22.00/hour depending on experience *Schedule:* Rotating shifts ? availability required across all days of the week (Monday to Sunday) *Work Location:* In person ?
