Flooring Sales Professional* Are you an experienced flooring professional looking for a rewarding career with the security of a guaranteed income and the opportunity to earn excellent commissions? *End of the Roll Flooring Centres in Victoria, BC* is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have experience in floor covering sales, installation, estimating, or a related construction or home improvement industry, we'd love to hear from you. *What We Offer* · *Guaranteed base salary* or *uncapped commission with earning opportunities of $50,000 to $80,000 per year.* · Company vehicle provided for measuring and site visits. · Paid training and ongoing product education. · Supportive, experienced team environment. · Opportunities for career growth. · The chance to work with one of Canada's most recognized flooring retailers-Proudly Canadian and in business for over 40 years with over 50 stores across Canada. *What You'll Do* · Assist customers in selecting the right flooring for their homes and businesses. · Measure residential and commercial spaces accurately. · Visit job sites using company vehicles to assess projects and ensure successful installations. · Prepare estimates and quotations. · Work closely with installers and customers throughout the project. · Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. · Achieve and exceed sales goals. *We're Looking For Someone Who:* · Has experience and has been successful in *floor covering sales, flooring installation, estimating, interior finishing, renovation, construction sales, or a similar industry.
