We value health equity, inclusion, community engagement, accountability & transparency, excellence and collaboration & partnerships.</p><strong>Position Summary:</strong><p>As a member of Flemingdon Health Centre's integrated backbone team, this role will provide operational support to partner organizations across the North York and East Toronto Ontario Health Teams. The Digital Health Supervisor supports physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical teams with EMR systems, digital health tools, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, training, data quality, and reporting across FHC, HATP, partner primary care practices, and community sites. The role requires regular travel across North York and East Toronto to provide in-person support, onboarding, and training.</p>Responsibilities include:<p><strong>EMR & Digital Health Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide front-line support to physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff regarding EMR-related issues, workflows, and digital tools</li><li>Assist providers with EMR-related queries, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization</li><li>Resolve data quality errors, manage lab workflow issues, and maintain accurate provider/client information within EMR systems</li><li>Support implementation and optimization of digital health tools and provincial systems including referrals, lab integrations, and reporting tools</li><li>Provide in-person support and technical assistance at clinic and community sites as required</li><li>Maintain consistent practices across sites and support standardization of workflows and processes</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Training & Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li>Train new providers and clinic staff on EMR systems, workflows, templates, and required documentation practices</li><li>Develop educational materials, workflow guides, and tip sheets for providers and staff</li><li>Support onboarding activities related to EMR access, system navigation, and digital health tools</li><li>Promote adoption and optimization of digital health solutions and workflow efficiencies</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Decision Support & Data Quality</strong></p><ul><li>Assi- Location North York, ON
