*Job Overview* We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated A&W Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. If you?re passionate about hospitality, experienced in restaurant management, and eager to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you! *Duties* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and quality food preparation. * Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet company standards and health regulations. * Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and support staff with training, coaching, and performance feedback. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. * Maintain accurate cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems like Micros POS or similar platforms. * Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a strong, capable staff. * Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. *Requirements* * Proven supervising or leadership experience in food service or restaurant management. * Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or equivalent cash handling tools. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. * Knowledge of restaurant operations including kitchen workflows and hospitality standards. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in the food industry, including roles like server, barista, or hotel staff is advantageous.
