*Overview* Join our dynamic construction team as a Full-Time Carpenter, where your skills will shape and enhance a variety of building projects. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where your expertise makes a tangible difference in creating beautiful, functional spaces. *Duties* * Read and interpret detailed blueprints, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects. * Ability to frame custom homes and residential additions. * Install ICF forming and rebar installation for custom homes and residential additions. * Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and other finishing elements to meet design specifications. * Ability to manage materials to reduce waste on site * Able to perform heavy lifting in a safe manner * Job site management, such as keeping your workspace, clean and safe. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of building processes. * Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. * Proficient with hand tools, power tools, construction equipment. * Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing techniques, siding application, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinetry setup. * Experience in restoration work or working on historic structures is a plus. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. * Valid construction experience combined with the appropriate skills needed to complete any task on custom home or residential edition.
