After experiences such as trauma, complex medical diagnoses, surgeries, or wound care, they are looking for support as they transition from hospitals to home and/or enjoy their life at home with high-quality in home nursing support. Our clients have a wide range of interests, everything from animals, to conversations, to cars and mechanics, and everything in between!</span></p><p><span>You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are passionate about helping people, are reliable, love working in a team, are registered as a RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and have experience working with individuals in the community.</span></p><p><b><strong>HOURS</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>We are currently recruiting Registered Practical Nurses for two opportunities:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>General Ottawa opportunities with flexible scheduling options available.</span></li><li><span>A dedicated client in Kanata requiring support Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.</span></li></ul><p><br><b><strong>RATE OF PAY</strong></b><br><span>The regular rate is $40 per hour.</span></p><p><span>The Kanata client file includes an additional $2 per hour bonus, bringing the rate to $42 per hour for the RPN who is successfully matched with this client.</span><br><br><b><strong>Requirements:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Valid BLS/CPR Level C certification</span></li><li><span>Smartphone with a data plan</span></li><li><span>RPN License and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)</span></li><li><span>Professional Liability Insurance</span></li></ul><p><b><strong>Assets:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team</span></li><li><span>Drivers License G class with access to a vehicle</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b><strong>Why Join Spark Lifecare?</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Flexible caseload and schedule:</strong></b><span> Whatever our clients age, background, or circumstances, we help them choose the perfect fit from our handpicked team of passionate, skilled and committed caregivers.
