With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we consistently deliver top-notch products on time, all while maintaining competitive pricing.<br><br></div><div><strong>Position Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Shift: <strong>Weekend Night Shift.</strong></li><li>Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.</li><li>Hours: 4:45 PM ? 5:00 AM (12-hour shifts).</li><li>Breaks: 45-minute paid break + 15-minute unpaid break per shift.</li><li>Pay: $30 - $40 per hour.</li><li>Incentive: Work 36 hours and receive an additional<strong> 4</strong> incentive hours.</li><li>Shift Differential:<strong> $3 per hour worked.</strong></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Set up components for welding according to specifications.</li><li>Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.</li><li>Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.</li><li>Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.</li><li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We?re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.</li><li>Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.</li><li>Experience with aluminum, stainless, is an asset.</li><li>Clear communication skills in English.</li><li>Must be available to work the specified <strong>weekend night shift</strong>.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>Annual boot allowance.</li><li>Extended health & dental.</li><li>RRSP matching.</li><li>2 weeks of paid vacation.</li><li>5 paid sick days (post probation).</li><li>Education & training.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Our Committment: </strong></div><div>Marcon Metalfab is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
