Asslamo Alikom - Join a Growing Short-Term Rental Team We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented *Airbnb Turnover Housekeeper* to join our team on a *casual/on-call basis*. If you take pride in creating five-star guest experiences and understand the high standards of short-term rentals, we'd love to hear from you. *Experience Required* *Minimum 2 years of Airbnb or short-term rental turnover housekeeping experience is required.* Please do not apply if you only have hotel or residential cleaning experience without Airbnb/STR turnover experience. What You'll Do * Complete full Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays * Stage each property to hotel-quality standards * Inspect the property for damage, missing items, and maintenance issues * Restock guest amenities and supplies * Change and inspect all linens and towels * Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in * Report issues promptly with photos and clear communication What We're Looking For * Minimum *2 years of Airbnb/short-term rental turnover experience* * Exceptional attention to detail * Reliable transportation * Smartphone with internet access * Ability to work independently * Strong communication skills * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays * Pride in delivering five-star results every time What We Offer * Casual, flexible scheduling * Competitive pay * Opportunities for additional hours as we continue to grow * Supportive and professional team environment * Long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate Ready to Join Our Team?
