We are a premier hospitality group behind the award-winning Adrak restaurants. As we expand our portfolio, we are launching a new flagship dining destination in Toronto?s Financial District - Raani. We are seeking experienced, polished and service-driven Mixologists and Bartenders to join our opening beverage team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship opening and contribute to a refined, high-performance beverage program focused on creativity, precision and exceptional guest experience. *Overview* The Mixologist/Bartender will support the execution of Raani?s beverage program and provide polished, knowledgeable and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate is composed, personable and highly organized, with strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and the technical ability to execute beverages accurately and consistently in a premium, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and specifications, completing daily bar mise en place, maintaining presentation and service standards, communicating confidently with guests, processing orders accurately, and keeping the bar clean, organized and service-ready. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes, specifications and presentation standards * Complete daily bar mise en place, including garnishes, syrups, infusions and other beverage components * Provide polished, attentive and knowledgeable guest service * Demonstrate sound knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine and beer * Explain beverage selections and make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences * Enter and process orders accurately through the point-of-sale system * Maintain proper stock levels and assist with receiving, storage and inventory procedures * Follow responsible alcohol-service requirements and all applicable regulations * Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout the bar * Minimize wastage and handle ingredients, products, glassware and equipment responsibly * Work collaboratively with the bar, service and management teams *Qualifications* * Previous bartending or mixology experience in a premium, fine-dining or high-volume restaurant environment is required * Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage-service standards * Experience with advanced cocktail preparation, house-made ingredients or beverage production is an asset * Strong communication skills and a polished, guest-focused presence * Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness and organization * Ability to follow standardized recipes and execute beverages consistently * Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods * Valid Smart Serve certification is required * Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays * Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Please note that this position is a salaried role and does not participate in a gratuity or tip-out program.
