The ideal candidate will be: - Skilled with technology and computers - Strong Communication Skills - Post Secondary Education is an asset - Time Management Skills - Previous experience in customer service - Can work well as part of a team - Self motivated with attention to detail - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting *Key Responsibilities:* -Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. -Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately. - Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
