<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Role Description:</strong></b> The Clover B2B Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON, with travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area. In this field sales position, you'll prospect local businesses, present Clover POS and payment processing solutions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing new merchant accounts.</p><p>Responsibilities include building relationships with business owners, conducting needs assessments, delivering product demonstrations, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are looking to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.</p><p><b><strong>Compensation:</strong></b></p><ul><li><i><em>$17.60/hour guaranteed base pay + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses)</em></i></li><li>Uncapped commissions</li><li>Monthly performance bonuses</li><li>Recurring residual income for up to 48 months on active merchant accounts</li><li>Opportunities for advancement into management and office ownership</li><li>Paid training, ongoing coaching, and leadership development</li></ul><p><b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for business travel.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities when interacting with business clients.</li><li>Solid relationship-building and customer service skills to support long-term client partnerships.</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on measurable results.</li><li>Previous experience in field sales or merchant services is an asset.</li><li>High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in North York, ON, and travel locally to meet clients as needed.</li></ul></div></div>- Location North York, ON
