Mercato di Luigi (Chinatown location - 213 E Georgia) is seeking Cooks to join the team! Our location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night (Cantina di Luigi, inspired by our very own Ask for Luigi), celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity and fresh local ingredients. We are hiring for two schedules: * Wednesday to Saturday evenings * Monday and Tuesday mornings, plus Wednesday evening *You have:* * 1+ year of Line Cook experience in a similar role * Prep experience and strong knife skills * Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset * A positive attitude and team-oriented outlook * A desire to learn * Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards * An understanding of First In ?
