Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) *Full-Time | Serenity Dental | Winnipeg, MB* Are you looking for a practice where you can enjoy coming to work each day? At Serenity Dental, we are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Schedule This is a *full-time position* that includes: * Two evening shifts per week * Two Saturdays per month Technology You'll Work With * Digital radiography * CBCT imaging * iTero Lumina digital scanner * Invisalign Platform * SprintRay 3D printing * Professional dental photography for treatment planning, patient education, and case documentation * Fully digital clinical workflow Services We Provide * General Dentistry * Invisalign * Cosmetic Dentistry * Dental Implants * Sedation Dentistry * Oral Surgery We're Looking For Someone Who * Is a Registered Dental Assistant licensed in Manitoba * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for * Is organized, reliable, and detail oriented * Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team * Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn * Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience Experience with Invisalign, digital scanning, or dental photography is an asset but is not required. We are happy to provide training to the right person.
