Join our Becker Shoes team today! Our Collingwood location is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate. Part Time Staff will work up to 24 hours per week. As a Sales Associate and Fit Specialist, you will be required to fit customers of all ages for various types of footwear. You will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer, and as such customer service and retail experience are considered an asset. *The Ideal Candidate will:* * Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture * Have the flexibility for varied shifts/work holidays/weekends between 9:00am and 6:00pm * Thrive in an energetic team setting * Be able to promote, sell and convey insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to customers * Be able to complete additional daily tasks as required * Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders and bending as needed * Have customer service and/or retail sales experience *Why join Becker Shoes:* * Energetic sales team * Fast-paced sales environment * Employee discount program * Flexible hours (some opportunity for more hours) * Comprehensive training in sit & fit methods If you have the flexibility and desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment, then please submit your resume with regards to this advertisement.
