This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, organization, and customer service while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation * Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently * Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation when requested by clients to enhance their comfort and convenience * Organize cluttered areas to promote a tidy living environment using effective organizational skills * Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences * Use proper cleaning techniques and eco-friendly products to ensure safety and sustainability * Maintain a schedule to complete assigned tasks promptly while managing time effectively *Requirements* * Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients * Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently * Excellent time management skills to complete cleaning routines within designated timeframes * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods * Good communication skills for interacting politely and professionally with clients * Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking is desirable * Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that enhances client satisfaction Join us if you?re passionate about creating clean, organized homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
