Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is crucial, ensuring customers receive enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable assistance. Additional responsibilities include supporting store management in daily operations, including the purchasing of pre-loved merchandise. *This role requires availability for evenings and weekends.* *Major Areas of Responsibility:* * Exhibit exemplary selling and buying behaviors. Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and handle transactions with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Familiarize yourself with our products, brands, and prices, making tailored recommendations to meet customers' needs and enhance their shopping experience. * Reinforce customer loyalty by purchasing used items, encouraging return visits, and promoting the store's concept. * Price and tag items according to guidelines. Contribute to store restocking, merchandising, and maintain high standards of housekeeping. * Develop proficiency in operating the computerized Point of Sale (POS) system for seamless transactions and tracking. * Achieve personal and store sales goals through outstanding customer service and effective sales strategies. *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day). * Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. independently, with the potential for heavier lifting with team assistance or equipment. * Perform bending, rotating, and reaching tasks common in a retail environment, including receiving, pricing, and stocking/back stocking merchandise. * Adapt to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels. * Operate a computerized sales terminal with ease. *Sound like the right fit?
