*About Doodle All Daycare* Doodle All Daycare is a brand-new childcare center located in the downtown area. We use a *play-based, emergent approach to learning*, inspired by children?s interests, curiosity, and developmental needs. We offer programs for *infant, toddler, and preschool age groups* in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment. *Responsibilities* * Plan and implement a *high-quality, child-led, play-based program* that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, language, and social development of children. * Observe, document, and reflect on children?s learning to inform curriculum planning. * Build *nurturing, respectful relationships* with children, families, and colleagues. * Maintain a *safe, clean, and organized classroom*, ensuring all Ministry of Education and public health standards are met. * Support positive behaviour guidance and foster independence and problem-solving skills. * Communicate effectively with families and team members to support children?s growth and development. * Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment and classroom needs. * Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment with professionalism and enthusiasm. *Qualifications* * Diploma in Early Childhood Education. * Registered and in good standing with the *College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)*. * Current *CPR and First Aid certification*. * Willingness to undergo a *Criminal Record Check* and *Medical Check*. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * *Fluency in English* is required; *French is considered an asset*. * Passionate, caring, and dedicated to supporting children?s holistic development.
