<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Integrated Freight Networks Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team at our Pickering, Ontario, warehouse facility. The ideal candidate brings proven experience operating a 3-wheel electric counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment. This role is well-suited for someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for safely moving, loading, and organizing inventory while maintaining accuracy and contributing to a clean, efficient workspace.</p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Job Functions:</strong></b></p><p>• Safely and efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound FTL and LTL shipments</p><p>• Transport materials between storage areas, loading docks, and trucks</p><p>• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in a food-grade environment (dry goods only; no food handling)</p><p>• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklifts</p><p>• Follow all company safety protocols to prevent accidents and product damage</p><p>• Accurately track inventory movement and complete required documentation</p><p>• Assist with general warehouse duties, including pallet building/wrapping and waste removal</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors</p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Work Schedule: </strong></b>Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.</p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></b></p><p> </p><p>• Minimum 3-5 years of forklift experience with a valid forklift certification</p><p>• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and safe operating practices</p><p>• Adhere to internal processes and procedures</p><p>• Experience loading and unloading trailers, including the use of logistic bars and straps</p><p>• Understanding of weight distribution and proper load securing for transport</p><p>• Ability to operate scanning equipment for inventory management</p><p>• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with the ability to adapt to change</p><p>• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Solid communication skills</p><p>• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</p><p>• Salary: 46,000.00 to 48,000.00 depending on experience</p><p> </p></div></div>- Location Pickering, ON
