In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. As a Security Guard, your presence will contribute to fostering a welcoming, professional, and reassuring atmosphere where employees and customers can feel confident and at ease. We value individuals who demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. *Responsibilities:* * Provide a welcoming and professional presence at entrances and throughout the premises. * Prevent unauthorized access through vigilance and customer service. * Patrol assigned areas and report suspicious activity or risks. * Assist customers and staff with professionalism and respect. * Enforce company policies to maintain order and safety. * Work with management and team members to resolve concerns. * Respond quickly to emergencies and incidents, involving law enforcement when needed. * Complete accurate incident reports promptly. * Maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. *Requirements:* * Valid Alberta Security License (mandatory). * Previous security guard or customer service experience required. * Excellent grooming, presentation, and adherence to uniform standards. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse groups of people. * Superior observational and problem-solving skills. * Sound judgment and decision-making ability, particularly under pressure. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Comfortable standing and patrolling for extended periods. * Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to attend training or meetings as required. *Why Join Us* _At G Force Security, we value integrity, professionalism, and respect.
