We are committed to working alongside you to support you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a manufacturing company in the Saint-Eustache area. <br> <br>Reporting to the Finance Department, your main responsibilities will be: <br>-Perform reconciliation between purchase orders, goods received, and invoices (3-way matching) <br>- Enter and post supplier invoices <br>- Post expenses related to credit cards and expense accounts <br>- Scan and file supporting documents <br>- Follow up on supplier requests by phone and email <br>- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure operations run smoothly <br>- Assist with various related administrative and accounting tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Qualifications <br>-DEP in accounting or relevant training <br>-2-3 years of experience in a similar role <br>-Experience in a manufacturing environment (a significant asset) <br>-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written <br> <br>We Offer <br>-Salary between $55,000 and $66,500, depending on experience <br>-Comprehensive group insurance (medical, dental, disability, and life) <br>-Group RRSP with employer contribution <br>-Free parking <br>-A growing company offering long-term career advancement opportunities <br>-Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)</p> <br><br>- Location Saint-Eustache, QC
