*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. * Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. * Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere * Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and served at the correct temperature *Qualifications* * 2+ Years experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen * Strong ability to cook eggs in multiple styles with consistent quality * Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays is a must. * A passion for cooking and commitment to providing excellent service. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure * Food safe certificate (or willingness to obtain) Join our team as a Line Cook, where your culinary skills will shine!
