<b>Job Description</b><br><span id="spandesc"><p><b>Coopersinc.co</b><br/></p><p><b>On behalf of our clients we are:</b><br/></p><p>seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Worker to join our client's team.<br/></p><p><b>This role involves:</b><br/></p><ul><li>Supporting various warehouse operations, including lifting heavy boxes and creating full skids of product for orders as needed.<br/></li><li>Operation of a BT/Walkie , licensed to operate this equipment is a requirement.<br/></li><li>Shipping and receiving<br/></li><li>Order picking<br/></li><li>Heavy equipment operation licensed on the BT/Walkie<br/></li><li>Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.<br/></li><li>This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are prioritized.<br/></li></ul></span><br/><span id="spanreq"><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br/></p><ul><li>Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently<br/></li><li>Support shipping and receiving operations by inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments<br/></li><li>Operate BT/Walkie and potentially other machinery safely following established protocols<br/></li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy through proper use of warehouse management systems<br/></li><li>Support warehouse organization by stacking, storing, and retrieving materials as needed<br/></li><li>Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members<br/></li></ul><p><b>Experience</b><br/></p><ul><li>Prior warehouse distribution or logistics experience preferred<br/></li><li>Hands-on experience with order pickers, forklifts, and other equipment operation required<br/></li><li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous<br/></li><li>Experience in shipping & receiving processes is highly desirable<br/></li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods<br/></li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management<br/></li><li>Previous experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments is preferred<br/></li></ul><p>Please send a resume immediately through this ad or visit us on line to apply direct at Coopersinc.co <br/></p><div>Only people considered for the role will be contacted.<br/></div><p>Preference will be given to people with excellent communication skills, full-time availability, and a strong work history of excellent attendance.<br/></p><div><br/></div></span><br/>- Location Brampton, ON
