<span id="spandesc"><div>Timber-Tech Building Solutions is a leader in residential and commercial framing solutions across Alberta, and is seeking a dedicated and skilled Warranty Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting post-construction service and warranty work, ensuring that deficiencies are addressed professionally, promptly, and in line with company and industry standards. This is a fully <b>field-based </b>position that requires daily travel to customer and job sites throughout the Calgary area and surrounding communities. The successful candidate will be provided with a company pickup truck, tools, and equipment necessary to perform their duties.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Wage:</b> $25-$30 depending on experience<br/></div><div><b>Schedule: </b>8:00AM-4:30PM M-F<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/></div><ul><li><span>Conduct on-site assessments of reported deficiencies in homes and buildings framed by Timber-Tech Building Solutions.<br/></span></li><li><span>Perform hands-on repair work to address warranty issues (e.g., framing corrections, hardware adjustments, cosmetic fixes)<br/></span></li><li><span>Communicate with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams to coordinate service appointments and set expectations<br/></span></li><li><span>Maintain clear and professional documentation of site visits, repair work completed, and materials used<br/></span></li><li><span>Prioritize and manage daily service calls to ensure timely resolution<br/></span></li><li><span>Report recurring issues or quality concerns to the construction and quality assurance teams<br/></span></li><li><span>Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and warranty obligations<br/></span></li><li><span>Represent the company professionally and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners<br/></span></li><li><span>Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures<br/></span></li><li><span>Comply with PPE requirements<br/></span></li><li><span>Other duties as assigned<br/></span></li></ul><div><b><br/></b></div><div><b>Qualifications:</b><br/></div><ul><li><span>Proven experience in residential or commercial framing, carpentry, or general construction<br/></span></li><li><span>Skilled in carpentry, with the ability to perform precise and efficient repairs<br/></span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of building processes, materials, and warranty requirements<br/></span></li><li><span>Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills<br/></span></li><li><span>Strong communication and customer service abilities<br/></span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule<br/></span></li><li><span>Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to complete digital service reports<br/></span></li><li><span>Valid class 5 Driver?s License with a clean driver's abstract<br/></span></li></ul><div><br/></div><div><b>Working Conditions:</b><br/></div><ul><li><span><b>100% field-based position with daily travel to residential/commercial job sites and customer locations</b><br/></span></li><li><span>Company-provided pickup truck, tools and equipment for business use<br/></span></li><li><span>Exposure to a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions year-round<br/></span></li><li><span>Frequent lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, and use of hand and power tools<br/></span></li><li><span>Fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and strong time-management skills<br/></span></li></ul><div><br/></div></span><br/>- Location Calgary, AB
