Occasional travel to project sites and client locations may be required.<br/></p><h3>Your Work Environment:<br/></h3><p>You will join a dynamic team where health, safety, and environmental responsibility are at the heart of daily operations. At CCNuclear, the HSE Supervisor acts as a trusted partner for employees, managers, and operational teams by promoting proactive safety practices and continuous improvement.<br/></p><p>You will work in a stimulating environment where your expertise will have a direct impact on workplace practices, risk management, employee development, and operational excellence.<br/></p><div><hr/><br/></div><h1>Your Role<br/></h1><p>As the <b>HSE Supervisor</b>, you will be a key resource responsible for promoting a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.<br/></p><p>Your responsibilities will include:<br/></p><ul><li><b>Developing, implementing, and maintaining</b> health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and safe work practices;<br/></li><li><b>Promoting a proactive safety culture</b> by supporting teams in adopting best practices and reducing workplace risks;<br/></li><li><b>Providing coaching, guidance, and support</b> to managers, supervisors, and employees on HSE-related matters;<br/></li><li><b>Developing and delivering HSE training programs</b> to strengthen employee knowledge, awareness, and competency;<br/></li><li><b>Leading and supporting the Joint Health and Safety Committee</b> and safety improvement initiatives;<br/></li><li><b>Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and compliance assessments</b> across office, shop, and field environments;<br/></li><li><b>Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing corrective action plans</b> to improve workplace safety;<br/></li><li><b>Leading investigations</b> related to incidents, injuries, near misses, environmental events, and safety concerns;<br/></li><li><b>Analyzing trends and developing key performance indicators (KPIs)</b> to measure and improve HSE performance;<br/></li><li><b>Supporting environmental compliance initiatives</b> related to regulations, permits, waste management, sustainability, and responsible practices;<br/></li><li><b>Developing and maintaining emergency response plans</b> and coordinating preparedness exercises;<br/></li><li><b>Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing HSE reports</b> to support management decision-making.<br/></li></ul><p>Your contribution will help protect employees, strengthen safety practices, and create an environment where everyone can perform their work with confidence.<br/></p><div><hr/><br/></div><h1>The Must-H- Location Paisley, ON
