Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Various locations. Resort. Tasks: Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Resolve complaints and claims . Process group arrivals and departures. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Provide customer service. Respond to complaints of guests. Make and confirm reservations. Maintain accurate records. Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations. Employment terms options: Evening. Shift. Morning. Experience: 5 years or more. Employment terms options: Day.
