*Part-Time Dental Receptionist* *Job Summary* Bitehaus Dental is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized *Part-Time Dental Receptionist* to join our modern, patient-focused team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings positivity to the front desk every day. *Schedule* * Tuesdays: *10:30 AM ? 7:00 PM* * Wednesdays & Fridays: *8:30 AM ? 5:00 PM* * *1?2 Saturdays per month:* 8:30 AM ? 2:00 PM (closed long weekends) We offer a supportive workplace where you'll have plenty of resources, including a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, Invisalign Coordinator, Office Manager, and Regional Manager. We regularly invest in our team through training days, continuing education, and fun team events because we believe great patient care starts with a great team. *Qualifications* * Minimum 1 *year of dental reception experience* (required) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates *Responsibilities* * Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression * Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries * Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records * Verify insurance information and process payments * Support the clinical team with administrative tasks * Help keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently If you're looking for a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and outstanding patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
